For the company hosting the BBL • Attendees: attend a conference without having to sacrifice one or two days, or going to meetups in the evening. • Team manager: team education during the lunch break, so no impact on the production. • Company: mix and gather people from different services in the same room. 9

For me • Meet people you never meet at conferences ‒ They don’t want to go at conferences ‒ The company does not allow them to go ‒ They are too shy to engage with you in public and are feeling more confident with colleagues • Create / enrich the community ‒ Finding new attendees ‒ Finding new hosts ‒ Finding new speakers / stories 10

Who is the Community?
